We are totally committed to providing you with the tastiest cake possible. The taste of your cake is just as important as how it looks on the outside so we only use quality ingredients, buying Irish produce where possible.
Our favoured chocolate is Belcolade Belgium chocolate, which we use in our Belgium Chocolate Biscuit and Rocky Road cakes.
Light vanilla sponge cake layered with strawberry or raspberry conserve and a vanilla bean buttercream
Rich chocolate sponge layered with smooth Belgium chocolate buttercream- alternative fillings include; chocolate Oreo, peanut butter and mocha (cocoa & espresso) buttercream or for additional indulgence a rich chocolate ganache
Moist lemon sponge, drizzled in a lemon sugar syrup & layered with lemon curd and a creamy lemon buttercream
Rich Red Velvet sponge layered with a vanilla bean buttercream
Moist carrot cake (contains NUTS) with orange, mixed spice and cinnamon filled with vanilla bean buttercream
Rich Belgium chocolate biscuit cake
Rich Belgium Rocky Road cake
Fruit cake (contains NUTS) with/without alcohol
If there is anything else you‘d like, just ask but please note we are unable to offer fresh cream/cream cheese due to HSE Food Safety restrictions.
We can also do a non Gluten version of some of the above however please see note below on Allergens. We do not currently offer dairy free or egg free cakes.
ALLERGENS –Please note that all our cakes contain dairy products and are made in a kitchen where nuts are used. We cannot therefore guarantee that they are 100% allergen free. Gluten can hang in the air for several days, therefore to comply with current regulations, whilst we can use Gluten free flour/ingredients in your cake; our kitchen is not Gluten free.
