We are totally committed to providing you with the tastiest cake possible. The taste of your cake is just as important as how it looks on the outside so we only use quality ingredients, buying Irish produce where possible.
Our favoured chocolate is Belcolade Belgium chocolate, which we use in our Belgium Chocolate Biscuit and Rocky Road cakes.

ALLERGENS –Please note that all our cakes contain dairy products and are made in a kitchen where nuts are used. We cannot therefore guarantee that they are 100% allergen free. Gluten can hang in the air for several days, therefore to comply with current regulations, whilst we can use Gluten free flour/ingredients in your cake; our kitchen is not Gluten free.
